Refund Policy
ShopMari-A.com will gladly authorize returns of any unworn merchandise made within 30 days of receipt of your order.
Merchandise must be returned and received undamaged, in the original packaging. A $5.95 restocking fee, per item, will be deducted from your refund. Please be advised only unworn, undamaged merchandise will be considered for Return Authorization: it being expressly understood and agreed hereunder that the company will not take back worn merchandise. All cancellations are subject to approval and may be subject to a restocking fee that the company deems appropriate. Cancellation requests must be made over the phone, or confirmed via email.
ShopMari-A.com guarantees against manufacturer's defects within 60 days of purchase. Regular wear and tear does not qualify. All returns must be shipped back at the customer's expense unworn and in the original packaging or shoe box and in the original shipping box to avoid damage to the merchandise. Any returns shipped without the original box or not in a shipping carton can be refused.
